Immune Boosting Power Smoothie

Ingredients:
4ml BioNor Health's Immunity Boost
1 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
2-3 cups organic spinach
1 knob fresh ginger, peeled (about 2 inches of ginger)
1 knob turmeric root (about 2 inches fresh turmeric)
1/2 tablespoon manuka or raw honey
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or a just couple grinds)
1/2-3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
Instructions:
Add in all ingredients to the blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. Serve immediately!

1 banana (can be frozen)
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup 2% or non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (add more if necessary)
1/2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately!
